Excellent probiotic. Very high quality and scientific backed. Been using BiOptimizers products for years. I take in a lot of protein due to lifting weights. The combination of P3-OM and MassZymes makes for a happy tummy and digestive track. Plus noticeable energy and gains. If you get a chance try their liquid vitamins (Primergen M & V) too. I took them for 3 years faithfully and never once got at cold. They revamped their formula and were out of stock for almost a year and during that year I got a cold twice.
